1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SendMaster file-sharing service ("Service") operated by Master Brains Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SendMaster allows users to upload files and share them via a unique link. Uploaded files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted when the transfer link expires (default: 24 hours). The Service also supports peer-to-peer LAN transfers between devices on the same local network. No user account or registration is required.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes. You agree not to upload, share, or transmit content that:

• Is illegal under any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of any person
• Contains malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code
• Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitative content involving minors
• Harasses, defames, or threatens any individual or group
• Violates the privacy of others, including sharing private images without consent
• Facilitates fraud, phishing, or other deceptive practices
• Is exported in violation of applicable export control laws

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate access for users who violate these terms, without prior notice.

4. File Expiry and Deletion

Files uploaded to SendMaster are temporary. All files and their associated metadata are automatically and permanently deleted upon link expiry. We do not maintain backups of user-uploaded content. Do not use SendMaster as a permanent storage solution. We accept no liability for loss of files due to expiry or server failure.

5. No Registration — No Account Recovery

SendMaster does not use accounts or passwords. Once a transfer link expires or a file is deleted, there is no way to recover that content. Keep your share links safe for the duration you need them.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence solely to store and transmit the content for the purpose of providing the Service. This licence terminates automatically when the file is deleted.

The SendMaster application, its design, code, and branding are the property of Master Brains Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Advertisements

The Service may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense or similar networks. These ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content. Ad networks may use cookies to serve personalised ads — see our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Master Brains Solutions and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed USD $10.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Master Brains Solutions and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. DMCA / Copyright Takedown

If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a takedown notice to — with the following information:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
2. The URL of the infringing content on SendMaster
3. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury
6. Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond to valid takedown requests promptly. Abuse of the takedown process may result in legal liability.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms to this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Master Brains Solutions operates.
